Dragon Ball Legends delivers flashy real-time card combat, an original story, a huge character roster, cooperative raids, and competitive PvP. Animation is excellent, but gacha rates, duplicate power, balance swings, connection quality, and constant events create demanding long-term pressure.

Dragon Ball Legends uses a one-finger combat system where players move in a 3D arena, tap strike or blast cards, dodge with Vanishing Step, switch characters, and build toward powerful Rising Rush attacks. Teams contain characters with color advantages, tags, equipment, and abilities that encourage specific combinations. The presentation is a major strength.

Models, voice work, transformations, and special attacks capture the anime's speed and spectacle. The original Shallot story provides substantial solo content, while events, raids, guilds, and ranked PvP maintain an active service. Competitive balance is inseparable from the summon system.

New limited characters often reshape the meta, duplicates increase stars and statistics, and equipment optimization adds more grind. PvP depends on stable latency and knowledge of advanced techniques such as sidesteps, charge steps, and cover changes. Events can feel like a full schedule rather than optional entertainment.

Legends is rewarding for dedicated Dragon Ball fans who enjoy collection and technical mobile combat, but spending should be controlled and no summon should be treated as guaranteed. The game is especially strong when character animations reference specific manga panels or anime confrontations.

Build a team around shared tags and Z-Ability bonuses rather than selecting only favorite characters. In battle, use strike and blast cards, move to adjust range, swipe at the right moment to Vanish, and switch characters to restore options or use cover changes. Do not spend all cards without planning.
